Hi All

I'm trying to figure out some of the upgrade values in the license files on the BCM50.

I know that 210 is R1 to R2, 211 is R1 to R3 and 212 is R2 to R3. I believe 230 is R2 to R6. But could anyone else help fill in the blanks?

Cheers!

Bcm50 have rel 1,2,3,5,6

There is no bcm50 rel 4 except bcm 200, 400 rel4.

Yep, I'm aware of the releases - I'm looking for the upgrade keycode values - will be in the license files. There are specific values for each upgrade which need to be applied in order, so I'm trying to figure out the right values for my guide :)

I did an r5 to r6 upgrade on a BCM450 and it was 233.

I did a r3 to r5 upgrade on a BCM50 and it was 221
I then did a r5 to r6 upgrade on the same BCM50 and it was 232

Hope this helps.

I just found two more upgrades I did in 2011.

I did an r2 to r6 on BCM50 that I got 231 for that.
I did an r3 to r6 on BCM50 and also got 231 for that.

To be sure its the Data Value we are after correct?

i.e. my BCM50 Release 6 Lic file shows - Code 299 with Data 231

Where 299 = Upgrade allowed and 231 = Release target number allowed

So far we have:

BCM50 Rls 1
R1 to R2 = 210
R1 to R3 = 211
R1 to R3 =

Yep, it's the data values I'm after for the 299 upgrade keycode.

I'm trying to build a web tool for license management, incorporating the password of the day stuff, that I can use to maintain my systems. Atm we have half a dozen or so production systems, and that again in my stock/lab systems :)
