BCM50 upgrade

Are upgrades for the BCM50 to go from R2 to R3 or higher still available or has support been discontinued? Thanks.

I don't think you can buy them to just go from R2 to R3. I believe you can only go to R6. Better check with your local vendor first.

Correct Telcodog.
Since everything is discontinued except 6.0, that is all you can get from Avaya.
That said, you can find upgrade Auth codes for other releases on the net.

The reason I asked was I thought a BCM50 had to be upgraded to R3 before it could be upgraded to R6. Is this correct?

No, if you're at R1 you have to go to 2 or 3, then you can go directly to R6
