BCM50 Upgrade issue

The BCM50 was originally a Rls2. I upgraded it to Rls3. We sold the customer an upgrade to Rls5. I put in the upgrade keycode and received an alarm that said "Invalid software load detected and keycode processing stopped. All keycode controlled services are disabled." I also received one that stated that the system did not have a correct load of software. I installed the Rls3 factory image patch. This did not help. I contacted KRS and they issued me a new keycode for the Rls3 and then the upgrade to Rls5 keycode. I am still having the same issue. I have tried a level 2 reset twice but no fix. Has anyone seen anything similar?

Did your BCM had any "try & buy" keycodes?. If so, then get Nortel to re generate your release 5 keycode again without any "try & buy" ones. A friend of mine that this problem when release 5 was first released.

Other than the original 2-3 upgrade keycode, did you add any others? cos i am thinking if you default back to rls 2 and ask KRS support to give u a 2 - 5 upgrade key, it might just solve the problem.
