BCM50 upgrade from 2.0 to 5.0

Has anyone seen this message when upgrading a BCM 50 from 2.0 to 5.0:
"Invalid or corrupt patch, please try retreiving the patch again"
Upgrade keycode seemed to install successfully. The error occurs when the system is verifing the 245 files that were uploaded.

Don't use the CD directly. Transfer the files from the CD to your PC, or better yet, download the upgrade files from NorVaya. Also, there is a BCM forum as well..
