BCM50 Unified Messaging 1

Got a customer with a BCM50 3.0 with 4 seats of Unified Messaging.

I helped the manager load the Desktop Messaging application onto his Windows computer the other day.

The application works fine at his computer in his office but the voicemail messages are not showing up on his smartphone. He has an Apple iPhone 6.

How can I make the CallPilot messages show up on his smartphone?

I've located the CallPilot Message Forwarding Task Based Guide on the internet and it appears to have a concise explanation of setting up message forwarding.
 
Here is my settings in CP admin if using gmail.

Outgoing SMTP Mail/Proxy Server: smtp.gmail.com
Account Name: xxxyyy@gmail.com
Outgoing SMTP Port: 465
Outgoing SMTP requires encryption(TLS): Yes
Enable Message Forwarding User Administration: Yes
Message Forwarding "From" E-Mail Address: xxxyyy@gmail.com
