Hey Everyone
We just purchased a 2-seat unified messaging licence for two of our employees.

As these employees are going to have access to a guest mailbox, we decided to set up their email with access to the guest mailbox (using IMAP) so they both can access the messages and use the callpilot player to listen on their own phone.

My question is, how are CallPilot UM licences allocated? are they allocated per concurrnet connection (for instance 2 computers are allowed to connect at once) or are they allocated per mailbox?

If it is the latter, how do you manage which mailboxes are licenced (for instance if I set up UM on maibox 231 and 232, but decide to remove it from 231 and assign it to 233, how does callpilot know it's not active with 231 anymore?)

Thanks

per concurrent connection

It's only dialtone-VZ

Just what I wanted to hear.

Thanks
