The owner has a digital phone at the office (EXtension 200) and a VoIP extension at home (462). I've got it setup so that both phones ring when I dial extension 200, and he can pick up the call at either place. Voicemail picks up on extension 200 if no one answers.
I want to setup call recording, so he can record calls at both phones. Is there a way to have extension 462 use extension 200's mailbox instead of using a second mailbox seat? We're also using Unified Messaging, so that would mean a second UM seat....
