Hi,
There's 2 little things annoying me regarding our BCM50 setup, any help welcome...
When our incoming calls go to voicemail, our outgoing message instructs callers to leave a message after the tone. The problem is, the tone is barely audible. Anyone calling from a noisy environment misses the tone and ends up leaving a blank message before calling again. Is there a volume setting anywhere within BEM, CallPilot, Mailbox Manager, or on the T7316e that would make the beep louder?
Secondly, when our users bring up the incoming call log on the T7316e to view unanswered calls, the list starts from the oldest entry first. Is there any way for it to display the most recent entry first?
