bcm50 to norstar voip gateway 1

have setup h323 trunks for bcm50 to norstar mics w/voip gateway.have clid cartridge in mics with aa and target lines.calls to bcm50 go through fine to the right ext #, but calls to voip gateway do not.when I monitor incoming calls with my buttset, the norstar answers the call and presents dialtone, but do digits come through. the digit delivery table is set up.when I check the log on the voip gway it says it cant decode the call?am I missing something on the bcm side?
