we are trying connecting bcm 50 to netcentrex network with an ip trunk. i think everything is ok, because when i use softphone i2050 to call a phone that connected to netcentrez,phone is ringing and i can get conversation.
but when i use digital, analog or iphone there is a problem.
the test resuslts are belove.
Softphone: We can call. It rings. We can answer. Call establishes. We can conversation. Voice quality is good.
I2002 : We call. Netcentrex side rings for one second. We get ring back. We can see the caller at the display of Netcentrex IP phone that is i2002. Before we answer call drops.
T7316 digital telephone: We call. Netcentrex side rings until we answer. We can not get ring back. When we answer, call drops in 3 seconds. During those 3 seconds, we can not get conversation. Call does not establish.
Analogue telephone: We call. Netcentrex side rings until we answer. When we answer, call drops. Call does not establish. No conversation.
