Try active sets. Does that work?

The old element manager won't work properly on the later bcm6 release.
As already stated you will need to download the newer element manager from the bcm.

Really appreciate all your guys help! I install latest version 62.0.5, now I am able to see Telephony resource, but I seems can not change IP sets range, any clue? thanks.

So what's it set at at the moment.
Default it's set at 16.
Just select ip sets and configure the new range.
Also you need licences for more sets to register.

Hi Snowman,
this SRG has 18 IP sets(1120e)already registered. when I click Telephone Resource-> IP sets, I can see range of Low is 1000, High is 7826,but they both gray out, I can not change them. my business element manager version is 62.0.5, should I upgrade it to latest patch and if so, which patch?

Why didn't you say it was SRG at the start.

I don't do them but doing a quick search on google there is info right away to help you.

You may have to check the amount of licences you have for ip phones.
You may have to force the extn to be in local mode.
To register the phones.

Normal mode the phones are registered with the cs1000.
