Hi All, I have a client with 2x BCM50 systems at different sites. Site A has the PRI Trunks and site B has no trunks at all apart from 4 ip trunks to site A. Site B therefore uses the PRI lines at Site A for dialling out to PSTN and this works but they have to dial really slowly or the system at site A seems to miss digits- and of course because of this last number redial does not work.
So Site B dials 9 followed by the number they wish to call- the system picks up the VOIP trunk to site A and sends the 9 followed by the dialled digits whereupon the site A system picks up the line and dials- however if they dial normally the system misses the 4 and 5 digits dialled. When they dial slowly it does not. Site B Dials after the 3rd digit is pressed- even though the Private DN is set to 14.

Is there any way to rectify this issue?

Cheers
Ian

You are seeing this on the BCM monitor?
Try making the dial 9 route public. And leave the site to site set dialing private.

Hi cook1082,
Yes seeing this in Monitor- the Dial 9 is set to Public on Site A and link between A ands B is private. The dialling does work but site B have to dial the first 3 digits (907) then pause for 1 sec and then dial the rest of the number.

Last number redial does not work
