I have a customer who has a BCM50 that was installed about a year ago and the system reboots itself a couple times during the day. It's not the same time everyday but different times throughout the day. The phone start flashing like they do during the installation process. I don't believe that the system is fully rebooting b/c that usually lasts a lot longer. It only last for a couple minutes. Does anyone have an idea of why this is happening and what I could do to fix this?

Most obvious is power flunctuations. Is it on it's own UPS?
