BCM50 Stuck in Kernel Initialization

We have a BCM50 that has a Green Power Light and a Yellow Status Light. It seems as though it's stuck in the boot cycle at the Kernel Initialization. Any advice?

There is a good chance that the hard drive is failing (probably some sectors unreadable). You should get a new hard drive.
