We have a new BCM50 installed by BT in London. The Call Pilot Version is 42.02.07.22 and the BCM50 is version 2.02.05e. There is a feature called Transfer to voicemail. However, when I try to tranfer the or a caller to voicemail it opens a new line asks for a mailbox number and allows me to leave a voicemail. It just leaves the caller on hold. Feature 986 is supposed to transfer a caller to voicemail, but it doesn't. It acts like feature 980 which is supposed to do that. I check and see if programming has been changed somewhere Any ideas? Thanks.

Marshall,

Thank you for the reply. However, that is what we are trying to do. My appollogies for not be clear. Is there anyway to change the features?

Don't put the caller on hold first. Just dial F986 and enter in the mb when prompted.

Howdy Group,

Here is a unique lil problem.

BCM 3.0 with 16 seat Call Pilot. Having an issue intermitently. Receptionist hitting her Forward to Voicemail (Feature 986) When she presses her programmed button, instead of being prompted for mailbox she is greeting with "No Party Connect". I have rebooted the system afterhours. This seemed to have cleared the issue up for a while and then back to the very same. Anyone experience this issue?

Thanks,

Soop

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.
