BCM50 - Scheduled Backups - Apps Does Not Work

We recently installed the following patches on all of our BCM50s: 081, 083, and 039. These patches were applied to correct the line 4 ring issue which appears to be fine now.

Once the patches were applied, we noticed that our scheduled backup jobs were gone. We reconfigured the scheduled backups to run on the 1st day of every month at 11pm. After checking the jobs today, only the configuration jobs ran on each one of the BCMs. The application jobs did not run on any of the BCMs. We verified the backup path, username, password, user rights on the backup locations, and tested the connection. The test result was successfully. We can see the .nortel file that the test generates in the backup location. We can perform the immediate configuration and application backups successfully.

Has anyone seen or experienced this problem?
