BCM50: Rollover ringing 1

Currently when a call comes in it will ring 3 times at the Operator on mapped trunk appearances. Then it is answered by the Auto Attendant.

What we want to happen is that the calls ring 3 times at the operator, then rings a hunt group 3 times, then the auto attendant should pick up.

Any ideas on how to make this work? Is this even possible?

Will a CFNA work on trunk lines that are mapped to buttons on the operator's phone?

Yes. Be sure the number of rings in the Hunt Group plus operator rings is greater than number of rings before AA answers.
