BCM50 Rls2 Call Pilot link within Element Manager

The link does not work to open CP in the browser.

I hear conflicting reports that all you need to do is download to latest Element from the Rls 2 BCM50, tried that still does not work.
I also hear there is a patch just released to resolve this issue....can sombody confirm this plz.

I had the same issue,

I opened a new window in IE and typed in IPaddress of the BCM/Callpilotmanager.exe (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/Callpilotmanager.exe)

That allows you access

Yes, unfortunatly customers are not happy enough to do that.

I am asking if there is a patch....not a cheat fix, as explained the customer does not like that.

My EM ver 2.05e.0 build rpmwin502ag12 works fine on all BCM50 v1 ,v2 and BCM4000 v 4 . The new Java client gave me problem so I downgraded to older version and all is fine on XP pro after that .

Its not a problem with the bcm. Its a problem with the admin computer. I had a site just like that. I plugged in my laptop and it worked fine.
