Users can dial from the Norstar through the Norstar Voip Gateway to the BCM. The problem I am having is when calling from the BCM to the Norstar Gateway. Keep in mind that this all worked before. Here is what happens:
From the BCM, I call an extension on the Norstar. I here some static and then I get dial tone. If I dial the extension again I go to that extension. This all worked before. On the BCM I am getting a Warning that the BCM does not recognize the endpoint device. I have the GW protocol as None and the type as Other. This was per Nortel to setup this way. Any ideas?
