I have a customer with a BCM50 Rls 6.0
On three separate occasions, I've had to reset the BCM50 due to the voice ports on the voice mail locking up. When I access the BCM Monitor it displays the port as HELD. As a result 'one' voice mail user is locked out of their voice mail. When he/she accesses their voice mail - it says in use
What are my options on correcting this.
