BCM50 Rls 3.0 Remote Access

We have a BCM50 installed behind a customers router. They have opened all the required ports (even tried opening all the ports, yes TCP), and we cannot get remote access using Element Manager. We can get to the website of the BCM50, but can't get anywhere with EM.

Error states: Exception occurred when trying to connect
Detector 'BCMDetector' cannot determine the device type for 68.x.x.x.

We can access it on-site, but not remotely. Anyone else had the same issues? Of course, we can't verify the customers data folks have opened ALL ports, we just have to assume they did it correctly..

Get them to check ports 5989 and 443.

Like I said.. All ports were opened, and I was able to access the web page which uses 443.. We tried with 5989, 80 and 443 with no luck for EM, then tried all ports...
