BCM50 Rls 2 with CANON IR 7100C fax connected behind a ATA

Hi Folks,

I have a BCM50 Rls 2 with CANON IR 7100C fax behind a ATA module. There is a very strange trouble: I can not send fax from this fax but I can received them. When I try to send a fax, I don't have the tone on the line. When I replace the fax by a analog phone, I don't have the problem. The ATA2 has been already changed and tested with another BCM and it is working.
I can not resolve this issue.

Are you able to call out from the regular phone? You need to insert a pause maybee after the machine dials 9

Having same issue was this ever resolved ?

Make sure there 2 intercom keys assigned to ATA on older releases.
In Line Access you need to Prime line to Pool and make sure ATA has access to to the pool.
In capabilties got to Hotline and make external and insert a pause.

If the Telco makes you dial 9 then do Pause 9.
