BCM50 Rls 2.0 voicemail issues

BCM50 Rls 2.0 all set up and running except for a little issue on voicemail.
Set up voicemail, when the end user initialises their mailbox and gets to the point where they record their name, on playback there is just silence. We do not get the prompt to speak louder, it appears to take the recording, but the system returns silence on playback.

Is this a bug or another issue which someone may have come across before.

Yes all sets, tried reboot still the same.
The only issue on Nortel knowledge base in respect of a similar issue is when users trying to record their name, they would get a message stating 'please speak louder'. According to the solution for this they recommend changing the HDD out as there is an issue with data being written to the HDD.
I have arranged for a replacement HDD to be installed, and will post the results.

Thanks for that, I will get the engineer to re-install when on site before attempting the HDD change.
