BCM50 Rls 2.0 Mbox not initialised

Have a BCM50 Rls 2.0 up and running ok. The customer wants us to set up Ringing services. At night, they wish this to go to Mbox 225.
On the target line, we have set the prime to 225, and the mailbox is initialised and greeting recorded. When the time on the system reaches the time for Night routing, the call goes to Callpilot, the caller hears 'This mailbox is not initialised. The person is not available' Then it plays the greeting within the mailbox.

Is this a glitch?
Is there anyway to get rid of the 'mailbox is not initialised' message.

I have checked all system settings and cannot identify where this issue is.

Anyone have any idea?

Check the general delivery at 100.

You want the ringing service to ring x 225 not the line if you want the MB to answer.Fwd x 225 to VM and when it rings it will go to x 225's MailBox.
