Have a BCM50 Rls 2.0 where when you go to Applications/Voice messaging then click on Launch CallPilot Manager - nothing happens.

This happens whether you are trying this locally or remotely.

The only way we can access CallPilot Manager is via Internet Explorer/Administrator Applications

Is this a known issue, and if so, is there a way round this>

Thanks

Do you have Business Element Manager installed, which is the version you download off the 2.0 system?

I just tried it on a 2.0 system I'm setting up and it worked for me.

Biv343,

Yes, downloaded latest EM from system. When you click on Launch CallPilot Manager, nothing happens.

At the moment we can access via IE

Thanks anyway

If you are using a VPN to get into it, on the 2.0 it will give you a box that you must select the correct Default Gateway to use to connect.

DigitalID,

The problem appears if we connect via the OAM port as well. All other aspects work fine...........

Still getting this issue....whether logged into remotely of locally.
We find that the only way we can launch CallPilot Manager is via the web browser, Admin Applications.

This has happened on three version 2 systems. Both myself and the field engineers are running v2 EM .

We are based in the UK.

Any other ideas anyone?
