BCM50 ringing

I've got a BCM50 R6.0 with the Callpilot answering the main number on 4 rings. All pots lines, no digital trunks.

The auto attendant instructs the caller to press zero for the operator which rings a broadcast hunt group.

The hunt group rings five times then the auto attendant comes back on and says the operator is unavailable then says "exiting the system" and disconnects the call.

We want the call to continue to ring the hunt group until someone answers.

How do I accomplish this? Or at least make the call ring the hunt group for a longer duration?

I've got the general mailbox turned off.

 
When a call goes to AA (instead of HG's answering lines direct) it is then considered a "transferred call" because AA transfers to a HG.

Bump your Transfer Callback timer up.
To make it ring endlessly try making another HG of the exact same as the first HG except Overflow them to each other.
Make the Queue timeout shorter then the Transfer Callback timer, i.e. Q timeout 30 secs and Transfer Callback 12

See if that works, I am thinking the Overflow is then considered another transfer therefore the transfer timer starts over again.

I believe even if the AA transfers to a HG, if you assign the lines to the HG they will ignore the transfer recall time.

Thank you sir. I followed your advice and set the transfer recall timer to 12. Now the phones "ring off the hook" when callers press zero.
