BCM50 Ringing while on phone

Is there a way to make a set do something else, such as Buzz or beep, while you are on the phone and a second call comes in? It gets pretty annoying.
Is there also a way to see what the number is that's coming in? Caller ID works fine otherwise.

I'm not really sure about the buzz or beep thing for the second call I don't believe there is a way around that except for adjusting your volume level by pressing feature *80,as far as the clid issue try programming a clid info. button on your ext. or just press feature 811.

I use the dnd on busy feature and the caller id does display on the screen.
