There is no such setting.
If it's set to Appear & Ring then it will do just that.
However you could send the call to voice mail if the set is too busy to take another call.
Forward Busy to the DN of the Callpilot (or to another set if you wish)
That is under Sets/LineAccess/Forward Busy column
Low ring tone occurs when on the phone and DND on Busy = No
DND on busy prevents the phone from ringing. So unless CFB is set the following conditions occur with DND on Busy = Yes:
I/C calls receive busy tone
Transferred calls receive busy tone
Incoming calls line indicator flashes but no ring
