First post here and I have been kind of thrown into the deep end at work - I am trying to get (if this is even possible) a way of converting the log files that I use CDRpull to get into report form - e.g. With graphs so I can see how many calls people have answered, how long they were on the call for and data like that.
I had a free trial of a program called BCM call logger which was very basic but essentially what I wanted - I wondered if there was anything else program wise I can just feed the logs into and it will give me a database to convert to graphs and stats automatically.
