I have a customer who is trying to set up her Smart Phone with a speed dial into the BCM for remote voicemail access. When she puts the ** into the dial string it's too fast for the BCM to pick it up and when she adds a pause it's too slow and disconnects her.
Anything we can do on the BCM side to make it work better?
