I have a customer with a BCM50 6.0 who wants a remote handset so one of their staff can work out of their home and handle all the calls, transferring, paging, parking, intercoming. What would be the best solution for this?

That is geared more for Norstar systems.
You have a BCM which means you can use an IP Phone which is by far your best option.

Ok thanks kind of in the same question if they just want to CF their calls that come in on their own DID to their cell or the other remote office I know this can be done with F84 or F4 or Call Forward No answer but what happens if they leave and forget to forward is it possible for them to remotely turn on any of these features or do they have to come all the way back to the office and do it from their set?

Thanks. What is needed to set up and install a Remote Worker handset? Do I need a license? Thanks

Can I use a Softphone on a computer at the remote location instead of an actual handset?
