BCM50 Release 3 DDI Routing

Hi Guys

I need some Help I'm stuck. My client runs various care homes and has a nortel bcm 50r3 trunk type ISDN30 at Central Office. and 13 homes with the own phone systems NOT linked to head office. we have 40 external DDI on the ISDN30 at head office.

Central Office has a night service. The end user forwards from the reception phone to 363.

The Client now wants to have an extension at central office to have 13 external DDIs programed and presented to aExtension(272). If the Extension is busy then to forward calls to a hunt group after 4 rings (2 Extension are members and they have Voice mails and Indiduale DDI numbers) during the day. When they go home they want to forward all 13 DDI to voice mail.

This is what i have done so far

Extension 272 Nortel T7316 with Kim

Pragrammed 13 Target lines and added each target line to Extension 272 appr&ring.

From the Extension 272 fwd no answer to hunt group 493, fwd delay 4, Fwd Busy 493

The problem i have is if 272 is busy then the call gets forward to reception.

Also is there anyway I can have if any of the 13 DDI ring on EXT 227 to Fwd to Hunt group if no answer then Fwd to a voicemail Idealy EXT 227 voicemail.

When they go home then forward 272 to mail via F984

You can program Overflow in HG's.

I.e. Overflow to X227 where it will ring once last time then drop into vmail based on the FNA setting.

You may also want to try using Service Modes.
Setup lines to a group and point group to vmails DN for night.
