I have a customer with a BCM50 Rel3.0 and the computer harddrive that was hosting the reporting crashed.
We installed a new harddrive and reloaded the Reporting software but when I login to the localhost/rcc with the admin account I receive an error that states: "YOUR TEMPORARY KEYCODE HAS EXPIRED. YOUR ADMINISTRATOR MUST LOGON TO OBAIN A NEW KEYCODE"
I checked in the BCM and all keycodes are good. I have never seen this error before, any ideas?
