BCM50 RCC Reporting and Windows 7-Is it Supported?

Hi,

I have a customer who is successfully using the RCC Reporting on his BCM50, v6.0, with Windows XP Professional Web Server. Customer is upgrading all of their machines to Win7, and need to know if Windows 7 is supported, and the exact specs for new Windows 7 machine that customer will be purchasing for the Web Server application.

If you update the BCM 50 to the latest patches, then you should find that 32 and 64 bit versions of Windows 7 will work.

You will need to contact a tech who has Avaya access to get you the latest patches. Let me know if you have problems.

You can get patches from Avaya if you have login info or contact a local authorized vendor who does.
Keep in mind this site is for help and not software.
