BCM50 R6 Public SIP Trunk no DTMF on Incoming and fast busy on outgoing

Hello All.

SIP trunk on BCM50 R6 configured as IP authentication.

- RFC2833 set to 120
- RTP set to non
signalling port set to 5060
- Public Sip Account Remote SIP domain assigned.
- Dial plan set to public and "8" is assigned to BlocA

- BCM is set to DMZ on service provider router

Inbound calls are working fine but no out going calls..
