Recently I added the licenses for and created a CC with 1 skillset and 3 agents. The customer is using a PRI for incoming to an AA where the caller can route to the skillset. Since the install a few weeks ago, the main agent when logged in will not be able to logout or login using the F904 and will not receive any calls even though the calls waiting lamp is flashing.If I try to logon with that ID from another phone, it says busy at 221 which is the phone that Agent 1 typically uses.
When I look at the status of the agents in element manager it shows that agent as "logoff pending". The only way I have been able to release it is to stop and start the voicemail service. I have the latest SU installed, both the system and desktop. The customer did say that one of the times it happened, somehow it cleared itself and started working...........
I've seen a few threads on this from back in 2009 but with no solutions, any ideas?
