bcm50 r3 um with outlook 2010

has anyone loaded this patch- r300.su.desktop-265.201110-1 to make outlook 2010 work with a bcm50 r3?
were there any add'l files that had to be added?

I'm pretty sure that only the 32 bit version of Outlook 2010 is being supported. If your's is 64 bit it won't work.
