BCM50 R3 Factory Image Upgrade Patch 6.0.2.05-1 1

I have a SRG50 R3 that was upgraded from 1.0. I take it I need to load the above patch in order for the system to stay at 3.0 after a level 2 reset. I see there are 3 parts of this to be downloaded from the Nortel site.

My question is how long does it take to load on the BCM?

the upgrade install guide should give you approx times..

The ordinary BCM upgrade from rel1 to rel3 has 4 parts.
1. prep takes 5 mins
2. Upgrade takes about 1 hour.
3. voicemail and guides about 30-40 mins
4. rels3 factory image about 30 mins.
5. add patches depends on the amount and reboots.

on average 3-4 hours if no problems

I've already done the upgrade. The upgrade patch is separate from what I see on the Nortel site. Problem is it doesn't say how long it'll take. It has 3 parts.

I upgraded my Rel 1 to Rel 3, and to load the factory image took 60 minutes exactly to complete.

The total time for upgrade and loading factory is was 4 hours

Thx Option. Thought patch would take 1-2hrs but wanted to hear what others experienced so I could get sales to quote the right amount of time.
