BCM50 R3 Can't log into Callpilot or backup system

Also can't back up the system because callpilot is acting up.
Call pilot will start working again after about 9 minutes, but still can't log into it. I get an error message about the network. If you try to back up the system it will stop in the middle because callpilot cannot be started. this is a V3 that was upgraded from 2.0. I haven't upgraded the factory image, only the software. All current 3.0 patches have been applied. Only T7316e phones on the system. Any ideas?

I would reset the system and try again. Good luck!

Also go to the ip of the bcm50 and download a fresh version of element manager. Not saying this will fix call pilot, but may get you in the system where you ca n see alarms.
