Has anyone had issues where the 1100 series IP KEMs will reboot spontaneous and frequently on a BCM50 R3 (and all updates as of late January)?

I have an 1140E phone with 1 KEM (as an eCAP) and it worked perfectly for about 6 months. I added 2 more KEMs, for a total of 3, and that is when the problem started. The moment there were 3 modules connected to the phone, it seemed like about every 45 seconds, the modules would start flashing the display and re-initialize.

I have tried to disconnect and reconnect them to make certain there was no loose connection. The problem persisted.

Next, I removed the old, original KEM, leaving only the 2 new KEMs connected. Again the phone was rock solid. I proceeded to add the old KEM again, and the problem came back.

I reverted back to just the old KEM and there was no problem. It seems that the moment there are 3 KEMs, it just becomes unstable and repeated restarts the KEM.

Has anyone seen this problem and have any advice?

Thanks for the suggestion, but that didn't seem to resolve the issue. I still have the KEMs rebooting every few minutes if all 3 are connected.

Check that you have C4L or later firmware on the 1140E and that you have v142 on the Expansion Module (you can check that last by looking at the screen of the module when you power up the phone).

Phone firmware is 0625C4L, and all 3 modules are: i00v142 v115.
