BCM50 R3 Analog internal sets will not work

We have all 4 seats licensed, and they quit working recently. I have no dial tone on any of the ports. The Digial ports are fine internally. I have the keycode verified, and under resources, telephony resources and internal sets, you see them below. I tried to disable and enable, but no luck. I checked my telco cable from the BCM and no luck. BCM was rebooted, patched to the latest updates.

Noop, it sounds like the ports are open internally. By some chance, were they connected to a cable that extended to a different building? Is the system still under warranty?

I ended up replacing the bcm and did an end of life to transfer keycodes. We had 1 fax in the main building, and 1 fax in the suite next door, but only about 50 feet away.
