Apologies, I know I've asked this before (about a year ago) but I can't find the thread or any answers.
Has anyone had any success getting SIP trunks (ie Voiceflex or Gamma) to work on a BCM50 as a straight replacement for analogue or ISDN?
We had it going last year but could only call other SIP lines, but couldn't break onto the PSTN.
Any working set up info or screenshots would be much appreciated. I have SIP provider realm, IP address, username & password

I cant get my sip trunks to register on my BCM50, im stuck , are there any idiot guides out there.

I tried using Broadvox. Couldn't get it to work. Broadvox says the issue is registration. The BCM would not register with their server.

Good luck.

I've spoken to Voiceflex re SIP registration, and as it won't do it, have registered our WAN IP with them, and am going to try SIP authentication instead. Apparently this allows ANY traffic from our IP out into the SIP world. Anyone have any experience with this?

i have tried it with a BCM450. also i cant get the authentication via username/password to work so we just used IP address of the BCM450 to be registered to the SIP provider. fortunately it worked. outgoing/incoming call programming is just like how you program when a BCM is in the other side
