BCM50 R2 to R6 2

Hello all,
I have a Nortel BCM50 R2, and recently have been looking at upgrading the software to R6. Does anyone know how I should do this? I have the upgrade keycodes installed!

Interesting keycode?. Where did you get the BCM from?. The upgrade keycode to 6.0 won't work if the BCM is currently st release 2.0 as it will only work from a release 3.0 system.

I got the BCM off ebay... but I know how to do the keycode mod so I can change all the keycodes without KRS as I please

Well how do I upgrade it to a newer release? Or is it not possible or viable

Upgrade info/process is in the guides, please read them so you have an understanding or how and all requirements, this is a "tip" forum, not a "training facility".
