Hi guys,

I'm desperately looking for a copy of the R2/R3 to R5 upgrade patch/software. I've got a BCM50 R2 which I'd like to upgrade to R5. I already have an R5 HDD but I believe I need to run an upgrade patch to update the BIOS and a few things before installing the R5 drive.

I checked Avaya's FTP site and I can remember it was in there somewhere but it has now disappeared.

Would anyone happen to have a copy to share? I would really appreciate it! I don't require any keycodes.

I'd be happy to pay a reasonable amount for the assistance if necessary.

Cheers,
Armen

It is the keycode that is required, it will allow the upgrade (to swap in your R5 hard drive).
-Install keycode
-Swap hard drive

The only free upgrade was R2 toR3.

All good thanks! I guess it was R1 that needed those BIOS updates...
