Have a newly installed BCM50 Rls 2.0 in the UK connected with the onboard ISDN2 lines.
Trying to get Ringing Service for Night time working and it does not want to know.
During normal working hours, the main number rings on Reception phone, if no answer after 4 rings, forwards to HG01.
In Ring Group 2, I have set the voicemail DN of 374.
When the customer presses F871, and selects Night Ringing, then OK, her display changes to Services On.
When we ring the main number, it follows the normal operation as described earlier. The customer does not wish to have services set to Auto as they vary the times they close.
Does anyone have any idea why this would not function?
Cheers
