Hopefully someone can help. I've taken over a site that has a contact center running on a BCM50 R2. I've installed the ICC reporting keycode without any problems.

I have then installed the CCRS and RCC applictions on a windows 2003 server (although I have also tried it on XP) and am having some problems.

Everything seems to work fine, until I run a report. If I click on anything that lives in the reports folder, the RCC web page become unresponsive until I restart all the services. After this I will sometimes need to restar teh services a few times as I get server busy errors.

RCC is on v 2.4.356.3.61 , the BCM is on 2.0.2.05e. The MD's are not keen on patching as they are scared of downtime and things going wrong. Has anyone got that above version RCC working?

What can I check, I'm at a loss at this point, I can't get any reports at all.

Please help.

I would insist the system be patched to the latest version. I know there are some patches available for the 450 for LAN/CTE and desktop software as well.

Make sure you don't have .net 2.0 SP2 ,3.0 SP2 Or 3.5 SP1 on the reporting server.Beta patch are available and should become GA soon.
As mentionned by oldestgeek you should always install the latest rcc and voicemail patches.

I ran into the same problem. It was an issue w/ .net framework.

As gberger said, make sure you have a compatable version of .net and that you only have one version installed.

The machine I was working on had multiple versions of .net, due to windows update. All versions were compatible w/ RCC, but having more than one version screwed things up.

Good luck.
