BCM50 R2.0 Analog lines

We are now installing the BCM50 R2.0 in the UK using the onboard analogue lines.

We are experiencing issues where the lines fail to release if using the Auto Attendant. Lines are set to Loop unguarded. As there are no software updates for this yet, does anyone have any guidelines on this.

The lines need to be supervised to release.
