BCM50 R1 GD Mailbox

Have a BCM50 R1 with just the GD Mailbox acting as the mailbox for the reception. Lately it is prompting that the mailbox is not initialised before playing the primary greeting for the mailbox. I there a way to reinitialise the GD mailbox as i have tried reseting password and the like but to no avail.

Gen Dely mailbxo need not be initialized to take messages ... i think its trying to get into another mbox before being put in GD

Got back today. Removed FNA from 2 other sets and problem solved
