BCM50 problems in Telephony Resources

Hello all,

I've been having a funny issue with my BCM 50 release 5.

All seems to be working fine, when I connect via Element Manger, I can access everything apart from Resouces, Telephony Resouces.

When I click on any option such as IP Handsets or IP Trunks, these don't load and give me the option to adjust settings. Just seems to hang, with the circle going round and round. I can move away and access anything else.

I have tried to reboot the BCM50, also a shutdown.
Even a restore from backup, has not helped.

Everything else works fine on the system .

Anyone got any ideas?
 
Possibly not using the correct version of element manager, ie a very old version? Are you using the Element Manager you downloaded off the BCM50
 
I was using 60.3.0

Now upgraded to 62.0.4 which fixed the problem!

I've found that the newer the BCM, I should always download it's release of EM which is allows backwards compatible with BCMs
