Customers BCM50 V1 with PRI was working fine, but the patch cord from the base unit to the PRI module got pulled out by mistake. Since then the FNTE shows error toward customers equipment , but the BCM LED's show everything ok apart from in element manager - resources - telephony, where the PRI module just shows "enabling".
Telco says there is no sync from the system.
I have checked the cord, it's ok. and also tried system reboot, warm telephony reset, but to no avail, anybody out there have any ideas?, dave

Check that you have connected the Blue cable into the correct expansion slot on the base unit..
If you have 1 expansion it should be the 3rd from the left.
if you have 2 expansions then the 3rd is bus 5 and the 4th is bus 7.

On the expansion itself the cable should be in the back /bottom connector not the front/top.

I am sure the cord is in the correct position, but will check tommorrow am, thanks for getting back to me.
